ABOUT

Pubs are estimated to be closing at a rate of 21 per week in the UK meaning many areas are at risk of losing a vital pillar of their community. Pubs are intrinsically British and part of out national identity but in recent years pub culture has been in decline. â€‹

While this is a national problem, Brighton is able to provide a microcosm that reflects the rest of country. Brighton's Last Round aims to take a look at the different types of pubs in Brighton and finding out what is being done here to save them before last orders are called on the great British institution of public houses.
